I’d like to know ( if it’s possible !) if someone visit me my website is it possible for him to send me message through my website that can go to my mail box…

Yes it’s possible, but you’ll need to have PHP enabled on your host’s server. Take a look at this thread, H88 posted a PHP script that works with flash to send mail to your email. Here’s the link.
