Set movie clip to hexadecimal color

Hi!

I’m loading an XML file that has an hexadecimal color preference for movie clips set to “on.”

I read the doc on ColorTransform and some posts on how to convert hex > rgb but I’m either too tired or too stupid to to put it all together…

so… how would you set “instance_mc” to “#ffff00” in AS3 is pretty much my question… A code snippet would be very much appreciated at this point, Ill go do some brain push ups in the meantime :wink:

As far as the rgb property, for the life of me I swear I read the docs from left, right top, bottom, diagonal, on a full moon, never saw it…
