Shadowness.com Flash Buttons

Hello

I recently traveled to Shadowness.com’s website, and found really nifty flash buttons that have a little box at the end that flash.

I’m making a website and would like to incorporate this feature into my site. Does anyone know how that could be done?

Hey, to create those buttons, all you do is create a movie clip with the “flashing animation” like on Shadowness.com, then you place that movie clip inside the button, on the rollo-over stage!

I hate to say this, but how do you that. I’m very new to flash and about all i can do is make buttons. I would like to know how to do this, so could you try and explain it in laymen terms for me?
