can’t get clean sharp fonts, I’ve followed a few tutorials, kept sizes at intervals of 8 etc,etc but still seems blurry when published.
a font size of 8 is also way bigger than i want to be using!!!
what am i doing wrong??

Make sure your view is to “anti-aliasfsfnsfn text” ( if ya can’t tell, can’t remember off hand how to spell second word!) :sure:
From there, if size 8 is TOO BIG… sheesh…

But seriously, you can just take that text, convert it into a movieclip (f8) and then scale the movie clip however you want.
try using pixel fonts as well. www.fontsforflash.com
