When my boss brought this up, I asked that same question…apparently Microsoft found out a way to bypass that or something. I’ll ask him tomorrow for more information.

I’ve never really gotten into the hype between the iphone and the ipod touch. So let me ask an ignorant question… is the ipod touch the same thing as the iphone… minus it being a mobile phone?
^ yes, no sms, no calls, no camera, no GPS (on iphone3g)… but same os, same apps (except the camera app, sms app) same app store etc…
