Shoot 'em up tutorial on kirupa?

I’m pretty sure I saw a tutorial on a Shoot 'em up game in kirupa’s tutorial section. Is it gone or has it never been there?

Basically what I need is the code for the gun to rotate and point at the mouse/cross hair.
