I keep running into this question with docs, forms, and design tools: if AI changes something, should the interface always show that it was AI-generated or AI-suggested? Hiding it makes the product feel cleaner, but it also makes it harder to trust the result when something looks off.
Has anyone found a good pattern for showing provenance without turning the whole UI into a giant label soup?
