Should I get the PSP ? what does it offer?

Here is some questions on the PSP.

  1. can you import mov, wmf files into it ?
  2. can you view flash (swf) files on it ?
  3. can you play neogeo, commodore and turbografx roms on it ?
  4. which version should I get to be able to do all this ?
  5. is the resolution on it good quality when compared to the gameboy ds?
  6. is there a keyboard for it so you can run software ?
