How can i make a guestbook or shoutbox with flash…
I have not a clue what to do with PHP, perhaps someone could post a php document with all the stuff and explain what to do with the flash…

well your most likely going to need a database, if you want to do it correctly. you can use, asp, or php. Or you can just write to a textfile, and read it into flash

jubba that a good tute, however, is it better to make a guestbook with a database? cuz thats how i thought it was done
it is if you have access to a database. Its much better. They use a textfile because not everyone has access to a database.

yeah i definately think they overdid that one. I think they just tried to make too many features. Its not really a guestbook, but a mini-forum…
