Put it this way, if you and I were both applying for the same job and you only knew HTML and I knew HTML, PHP, XML, and SQL and I was able to make it so that they never had to make updates on their site, and that they could change every aspect of their site without knowing HTML or any of those languages themselves… who do you think they would pick? Stop being an arse, I am trying to help you, not only with your question but also with what you decide to do next.
Moving on…I didn’t say that I charged 250 for what you are asking for. I can charge 250 for something a bit more complete and complex. The point of my statement was basically that knowing HTML won’t get you anywhere. HTML is powerless compared to other things and you really should start looking into learning another language (preferably a server-side language) if you really want to make any money in the web-design/web-programming game.

Take the time to teach yourself something. I pretty much ran through php/mysql in under a week. It’s not hard if you actually apply yourself.
