im not sure if there are any other canberrans on kirupa but anyway every year on the 6th of March they have a massive fireworks display over the cities lake and its basically a great excuse to have a massive party in the parks surrounding the lake. it was pretty crazy, chicks everywhere 
to put it into perspective, like how nuts it is, i got with 4 girls and ive got a date on wednesday 
im still a bit drunk so im prob rambling
anyway if anyines iun canberra and didnt go, definently go next year
