I’ve been installing Slackware 9.1 on one of my old computers for the last couple of hours. I am a complete n00b to Linux, so can someone please help me out.
As it installs the “packages” which as I understand it are the programs and stuff, it always has a ton of lines that scroll and say:
ln: [something]: Operation not permitted.
Is this normal? Or did I do somthing wrong? Will my installation still work properly?
