Okay so this is a wrist watch that monitors your sleep patterns. You set a window of when you want to weak up, say 6:00 am to 6:30 am. The watch will wait until you are in a light sleep and then set off a one of four alarms. They say that since you are in a light sleep, your body adjusts to weaking up better and you always weak up easy.
I have a really hard time weaking up in the morning, so i think i’m going to give it a try.
