for the past few months i’m feeling really tired. I usually go to sleep at midnight to 1am and wake up at 6am. I work till 3pm then once I get home i take naps that sometimes last 3 hrs ! and this happens like 5 days of the week… I really think it’s time to go back to the gym and do some stuff outside but i’m just not motivated to do any exercise. I get out at 3pm I should go straight to the gym and do some cardio for an hour, but I don’t
