Ok so my friend’s friend needed help fixing her computer as it was running really really slowly.
I had a look at it and found that the CPU was running at 100%. 99% of the usage was going into an app called SLMLService.exe - what the hell is it? It’s a system file so I couldent end the process, anyway to find out how to shut it off without re-installing Windows?
