ok this is my situation i have a game and im trying to add a “smoke” effect throught the blur filter, the smoke looks nice and all, but when i attach it the game ie
attachMovie() method,
it takes up so much cpu usage and you can barely play the game at all.
the smoke is made up of tweens inside the main instance and when i attach it i add the blur effect,
just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to make its cpu usage less its killing me for days lol
