I got a webhost like 2 days ago, and I now realize that I’m a total n00b :asian: there’s a lot of stuff I don’t get… So I thought I would ask you guys some basic questions about it 
Here it goes:
What does “above root folder” mean?
How do I make a folders files showable in the browser (i.eg. you go to "www.domain.com/folder" and then you see all the files in that folder).
I have 5 folders named “_vti_bin”, “_vti_cnf”, “_vti_log”, “_vti_pvt” and “_vti_txt” in root. Most of them have nothing in them, what’s the purpose of those?
