Some CSS Problems

having a couple of problems with this layout

Those using firefox if you scroll down you will notice the font continues at the bottom but the white layer doesn’t.

Those using IE will notice if you scroll down then the white layer continues at the bottom but the orange one doesn’t. Plus the layer after the menu won’t start until the end of the div above. Doesn’t happen in Firefox but does in IE (thank you Gates, how many times must we say that)

Anyway

  1. Any idea how I can fix the menu problem in IE?
  2. Any idea how I can fix the foot of the layer problem in Firefox?
  3. Any idea how I can fix the orange layer problem in IE?
