I got my first paid assignment to design a website for a small local businessman that sell horses. As the people in my surroundings arent really into webdesign all the feedback I get is that they like it. I can handle bad feedback so please be honest, I want to do everything i can to make the site as best as possible.
So I ask all of you webdesigners to tell me what you think of this design, the final website will be done in css and java. The content page (on the bottom) will resize to adjust to the textsize inside it.

IMPORTANT! The guy in the middle and the horse are going to be replaced by a picture of the employer and one of his horses. The south park smile is because the other guy didnt smile 
and he will in the final website. Therefor i did not pay too much attention to the cut as it will be replaced in the future anyway.
UPDATE first design was not so good as you can read by the comment of fl4sher, so i made another one based on the previous design. Since I have to respect some of the wishes of the client and the future users i have not made much changes to the layout but the overall impression should be much cleaner and calmer.
