i would like to ask what is the difference betwn scroll bar and scroll pane in Flash MX??.. and also what is the use of the individual flash components such as check box, radio button, [ush button, etc in flash MX??.. sorry to ask such simple questions coz i just started learning …

The components in Flash are mostly just used to make forms in Flash. Keyword there is mostly, sometimes they are used in quizzes and other various things.
The difference between the ScrollPane and the Scrollbar is that a scrollPane can pull an image from the library using attachMovie(), but the Scrollbar can be attached to a textbox to create a textbox with a scrollbar.
Radio buttons are for a set of options where a user can only select one.
Checkboxes are for a set of options where a user can select any amount they want…
