I need an application that can pull sounds from Emulator games. Any body know of any.
Sorry, no I don’t, but:
I hear that Java 6.4 is able to…

soundforge I believe can do it but you may have to record it onto a dv device first. Like put your camera up to the speaker and record it.
errr i kind of want to retain some quality to the sound.
get a “a line out” cable or a cable that has both ends like headphones…
plug one end into where your speakers go, then the other end to where the input and/or mic goes…play, record.
i dont know of software, havent looked for that kind yet…but thats a somewhat more refined way of doing it…while making do…
go to download.com, i downloaded few softwares in the past to do so… i used the line out cable method as suggested by pr too, it works.
Some emulators support .wav logging, they will write a wav file to the hdd of whatever sonds are playing while you play the game. Then you could just turn off whatever sound channels you didn’t want, and turn on wav logging. I know a few Nintendo emulators support this, I am not sure of the others.
Cheers!

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I’ll try out a few methods and see what works best.
