im fairly new to flash and i just followed this tutorial http://actionscript-toolbox.com/sampletextscroller.php
to make a text scroller that scrolls continuously when you hold down the mouse, only i have one problem: the frame rate of my movie needs to be 25fps to play my frame by frame animation, only it increases the speed of the scrolling to more than what its like on the normal 12fps. is there a way to change to script of the scrolling to make it slower? or is there a way to convert my frame by frame animation to a movie clip and load it to play at a faster frame rate to the main movie? please help me
