Do you know Spip? it’s a very powerful CMS that allow you to do almost everything.
I’m working on it for the moment, and it’s really easy to understand. One of the big advantages is that it is available in 23 languages. The new version has just been released and they’ve made great improvement from the previous one. There’s also a big community aroudn spip, so you can find a lot af useful things. I forgot to say that it is totally open-source, under a GNU-GPL license.
