Squalid Reverb

Well, I always said when I got my creative juices flowing in Photoshop I would post my recent creations here. So here I go… posting away :slight_smile:

This image is called <B>Squalid Reverb</B>. For those of you who don’t know what Squalid means it is when something becomes degraded over time due to neglect (I think, if I am wrong can someone correct me so I can change the title…lol).

Well anyway, this was done with a Photo that was highly edited and manipulated for the background, and a ton of filters and the standard soft brushes (size 9 mostly). No special grunge brushes or actions or anything here, just pure messing around.

well, i am not much of a fan of abstract type drawings so i will not critique this one…the font is cool tho :cool:

hmmm…something different, I like to see new styles and you definitely have your own lost. The bottom half ressembles buildings with their reflection in the water. Once again I’m seeing sh*t, help! :ninja:

I wouldn’t really call it an original style, there are probably a billion people out there that use it…lol.

Mdipi: Do you mean the scriptlike font? If so, that is Edwardian Script, I believe it comes with Windows (I didn’t download it at least). The other font is Kroeger something or other from miniml.

I am not going to post the original image since it really isn’t an image manipulation piece so there is no reason to compare.

Ahh, yes, I do believe I was that when I was visiting deviantART. I must say Lost, very interesting. I have never seen something like it. I’ll grant you this: you have skill.
