Hello everybody. We have a FLASH player “stacked label” mystery to solve.
Any suggestions that you folks may have will be appreciated.
My keyFrame/animator is working on an iMAC. He has delivered a compiled SWF to the studio server for the final stages of project delivery. When I tested the SWF (on my PC) the second line of a “stacked label” (the label text is: transfer RNA - tRNA) is missing; However, when I view the same SWF on his MAC - the “stacked label” appears fine. ??? mystery ??? And, we also delivered the SWF to Earthlink Server for viewing on the WWW - with the same result. [MAC/good - PC/bad] We have double-checked, triple-checked all of the simple/obvious stuff that it could possibly be… We both have the latest Flash Players installed (10.1.102.64) The animator is investigating further a “multi-line label” behavior that he applied to the text. The font is Helvetica.
