Hiya. At this moment I just felt a urge to make one of these red stamps that you see labelled in those old movies. The stamps on the document that says “Top Secret”, or “Rejected” or something like those.
And while I tried to make mine, I couldn’t really get mine to look any near realistic, and wonderd therefor if anyone of you PS people could give it a shot, and if you end up with posting here, could you please post how you did it, and what effects/filters etc?
