Sticky playback

Hi my movie playback is erratic, I think this is because I have actionscript blurs, tween and stuff all on the first frame of my movie.

I have tried preloading it but it still shows erratic behaviour and sticks.

Can someone suggest a good method of optimising? Would it be better to spead out the animation over a number of frames?
