Stream two movies via Flash Video?

I’m trying to do something like iVillage’s video player,

…where it will play the 15-second ad then on to the main video. I was wondering if there’s a way to just feed the player two links (for the videos) via XML, and have it do its thing from there.

I haven’t touched any Flash in a while, as well as the Video aspect of it. If anyone got any pointers/links to places that directly/almost touch this subject, please do let me know.
