She’s for an RPG. Whaddaya think, is she ‘super’ enough? I didn’t want to go with the standard red, white and blue kind of outfits, so it’s a silvery kind of thing instead…
And since I had a PM about this the other day, a kind of step-by-step of how I make these pics…
Draw the outline in Illustrator and paste into Photoshop.
On a layer underneath, add a base set of colours. Doesn’t look to great to start with, but gives you something to work from.
Add another layer above that, and add darker and lighter colours to round out the character. I use the Blur tool to smudge the highlights and shadows a bit so they don’t look too cartoon-y.
Thanks. Heh, I guess I could make a living out of hentai after all… :sure:
I guess I wanted to steer clear of the cliched looks of superheros (and heroines), but had trouble since everything came out like bloody Wonder Woman the first few goes.
Dunno, what’s your everage hero wearing these days?
I’m thinkin’ just give her more muscle definition (abs and such) and then make her no stand there like she just got poked in the butt. I think she will be plenty super-hero then. Also, she needs a cap or something…
yeah just exaggerate some of her curves. Make her taller than the average woman, exaggerate hips, thighs and calfs. Play with arm length. I have trouble drawing heroic women cause you dont want to make them look masculine yet you dont want them looking scrawny like Jessica Love Hewitt. But she is definately fine!!! Just not to heroine like
