Swiffy anyone?

I did a search on Kirupa and found only one result for swiffy.

Swiffy converts Flash SWF files to HTML5:
http://www.google.com/doubleclick/studio/swiffy/

Swiffy currently supports a subset of SWF 8 and ActionScript 2.0, and the output works in all Webkit browsers such as Chrome and Mobile Safari.

I don’t get it? Where is this html5 going? Why would i want to learn html5 for a graphic intense, animation heavy web animation, if there is no IDE? And the IDE for animating html5 content that I found, “Cooties”, looks exactly like the flash animation timeline, but lacks basic functionallity, like “undo”.

Now I can produce flash content in html5 that is 13% greater in size and more processor heavy. Its not flash, but html5 apparently uses the ECMAScript, the same base as actionscript, only slower? Google said there was still some optimizing that could be done, and after l took a look at the code that was exported, I concluded that I would never in a zillion years be able to create something like that by hand.

This is my first html5 coding (exporting) experience, and I must say I am very dissapointed. Was this all that was to it? this flash killer?

I will immediately tell everyone they can now do their as2 flash banners in html5 since swiffy even supports the clickTAG parameter…
