So, I made a text area. Then I added a text link. But I don’t know how to target it to the textarea.
Not quite sure what you mean - you want the link to show up in the text area? :h:
Sorry I’m not clear.
Um, well I have a text link on the flash movie right. Now I want it so when I click on the link, the new page will apear in the textarea.
Like in HTML where you have a link <a href=“text.php” target=“area”>
Where the ‘area’ is the name of the iframe.
I don’t think you can do that with a Flash textarea.
aw…
Then is it when people click on a link it goes into the text box?
As you can tell I’m a newbie XD
As far as I know you can only use _self, _parent, _blank, you know, the usual. Can you post a link to an example you’ve seen?
:hr:
Actually, or is it, each link has it’s own textbox. Like say the link is “me” it would be open in a new text box, and the old one is gone? I think thats how it is O.o;; I’m a little confused myself
Aha. You are talking about the menu items?
:hr:
edit that’s a cool website by the way!
yes
is there a tutorial for something like that?
hehehe, thanks so much!
