In an attempt to isolate the performance issues are, I’m temporarily going to disable e-mail notifications. The reason I am doing this is because it seems like creating a new thread is instantaneous whereas replying to a long post takes a lot longer than expected.
If the e-mail notifications are a problem, then I’ll look into seeing what can be done next :frankenstein:
