Text and Scrollbars

I just started using flash about a week ago and I want to make some text scroll using the buttons I made. The tutorials I’ve used have not helped me. I can’t get the buttons to scroll the text. Does anyone have a creative way to do this? Thanks

Yes, I want my text loaded dynamically. And I don’t want to import my txt file. I want to make it in flash mx and turn it into a graphic. Another thing is I don’t want to use the scroll bars that can be used in flash mx. i would like to design my own, because flash’s scroll bar conflicts with the designs on my page. I’m lookin on flashkit but any other help would be great. Thanks

okay here you go!!

Its very basic, but hope it will help you out a bit!!

You can choose, or design whatever buttons you want, just make sure you convert it to a button, and place that AS on it.
