Text not showing up in Dynamic Txt Box (Yes, It's embedded)

I’ve got a dynamic txt box, rendered as HTML & with a UIScrollBar component attached. The characters are ALL embedded but for some reason there are a couple characters here and there that are just missing. Any ideas?
