Text that autoscrolls, but w/slider control too?

I’m sure theres a tutorial out there for this, but ****ed if I can find it. I just want the text to scroll up continuously, but if the user wants to, they can grab the scroll bar and drag it to where they want. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
