Alright, my friend is trying to get me to read a book she read when she was around 12-13, but doesn’t remember the name. Here is the storyline though, so if any of you recognize it…:
people are going to another planet to live, and it takes 50 years to get there, and they are all frozen and the kid wakes up after a couple of years, and lives by himself on the ship for 48 years, so when he wakes up he is older then his parents, and the planet that they come to has aliens that clone people. And the kid breaks his arm while riding his bike on the ship.
Oh, and the cover apparently has the kid waking up in a cocoon like pod thing.
