Registers, puts a few ads in the signature and keeps posting nonsense in threads.
There’s like 10 of them active at the moment. All the do is post stuff like;
“Oh very nice”
“I’m sorry I can’t understand”
“Cool!”
Etc, in threads, to get their crummy urls out. Have they found a loophole in the tos?
