Just got this through an email, found it quite useful as a roundup of what can/can’t be done and who can do it with regards to HTML5 video:

Looking at this I’m still going to offer flash the first option and HTML5 as a backup if required by the client for now. That probably won’t change until HTML5 video is supported by at least 90% of the market and the vast majority of those are able to watch it in full screen.
Oh yea and sorry if this has already been posted I didn’t come across it in my brief search.
