A couple months ago I saw at downloads.com a software that let you monitor the status of your sites, if they were online/offline, general statistics, page clicks, traffic, etc.
I´ve received a couple of phone calls last month of clients telling me something was wrong with their site, slow, or offline and of course it sucks when your clients tells you that, I need to be always a step ahead with a tool that lets me manage this kind of things…anyone know of a good one?
