Tooltip and transparency questions

Ok, well I’m trying to make a cdrom portfolio and want to do a couple of things but I can’t find tutorials on these two things. I want tooltips that pop up when your mouse goes over a link…but wait…I don’t want them to be dragable. I want them to just popup under the cursor and stay in that one spot.

Next is transparency. I want to have rounded edges on my movie and be able to see the desktop behind the movies edges. Does this make sense? Is it possible or can flash movies only be box shaped?

Cool thanx. I think I can get where I want to go now. I don’t know if it makes a difference, but I did forget to mention that I am using Jugglor to get rid of the Windows box around my movie so thats why I would want the edges rounded and to see behind them…anyway thanx a bunch
