Here’s my problem, i want to trace a photograph so it becomes a EPS vector… what’s the easy way? and should i use Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand or Maybe photoshop? and how should i it?

I don’t know what you mean by EPS, but I can tell you that Flash has a feature “Trace Bitmap” that can trace any image into vector. Access it by going to Modify>Trace Bitmap…
