Tracking a flash view? recording activity

if any body knows where or how i can track the contents of a flash site i have made.

let me explain. there are a few complex menus and i am thinking of intergrating a visual display within a site.
need to track the screen activity. and put it into a site. so it can be played.

if flash allows this to be done or not. keen to learn.
if any body here knows of a specific programme and where i could find it.(download) :trout:

thanks to all who have taken the time to look at my issue
and an even bigger thanks to any responders.

Ok, press the circle record button and mouse over the numbers for a bit. Now press stop and press the play button. See it recorded your movement! It records the mouse coordinates

thats really cool. but if i wanted to record my entire site.
output it as an external movie, and then go back to my flash file. in my site have a button that says “view” and have it load the recorded movie.

could this process work with in three scenes, and about 70 movieclips???

this file however has now broadened my scope, as to what can be achieved in flash.
(very handy trick) thanks

i found a piece of software called camtasia. but it is not compatable with mac osx.

if any body knows of a similar piece of software that will run for macs i would gladly give my new boots for this kind of information.

recorders they are existant?
