Any free online service dedicated for that? or maybe there are other ways?
my banners woud be gif as well as swf’s depending on a banner.

PHP or you can track through your host. I use go daddy and its a nice free stats counter thingy

You mean to run the banners on PHP database? what if the host of my banners uses different system, what i’m looking for is something kind of online tracking, that is independent from my host, or PHP is the only solution?
