I am trying to make a page where there is a frame that is fixed to the top left with a line of text inside. The frame has a transparent background so that all you see is the text floating. As you scroll down the page, images etc. go “under” that fixed frame but you can see only the text constantly hovering above. Does that make any sense? I feel like this is possible just by putting allowtransparency=“yes” in the code of the prebuilt frame that dreamweaver supplies, but it doesn’t work. I’ve had success getting an iframe to be transparent but I don’t know how to “fix” it in place as a header. I will clarify if needed, thanks for your help!
