Transparent Textfield

Hi All!

Well we are all now in the wonderfull of world of Flash MX 2004 components. I dragged a textfield and obviously it is not transparent. Does anyone know how to make the background as well as all 10,000 borders transparent in Flash Mx 2004 Pro.

set the _alpha to 0. Everything except the Text is transparent.

give the proper path.
level.child._alpha=0

Thanks. I ended up just using the old mx dynamix text with no borders.

what kindof a look do u want then?? actually i’m lookig out for something 4 changing the color of the scrollbars?
