And i hate the smoke:)
I like the rollover effect of the smooth switch but the smoke I feel doesn’t fit. Also, you should look into changing your fonts, right now they are very unclear.
And if you wanted to get down to the finer details, make the reflection follow the rollover effect. Right now it just reflects the blue color tab.
I couldn’t find anything else wrong, I like the smooth rollover feel though.

and the smoke is wicked cheezy, especially since it gets cut off on the left side… can’t you SEE that??? did you think it looked good?
your fonts are terribly hard to read as well.
yeah get rid of the smoke and change the font. the animation is smooth but you might want to think about changing the gradient color of the rollover effect
and get rid of the question marks on the buttons

hey, funny i didn’t see any fonts:) you might want to put a version detection on there once it’s complete:)
mate - the smoke effect bites, badly. do u have flash8?.. if u answered yes, then use a little bit of filtering and u will have realistic smoke. throw in some ascript randomness and u will have an effect that kicks. It looks like u have spent all of ten minutes on this menu man, sorry to sound harsh - but thats how it looks.
the smoke must go 
not liking the menu- real ugly (sorry) but its just not very nice looking. the colours dont work real well and the gradient looks amateur

and i don’t like the colors, you should change them
