Well, for a tweened part of my movie, I want these 2 images to fade out and become visible from invisibility. I make a keyframe. Then, I imported the 2 images to the library, took them out of the library, and converted them to Movie Clip symbols. Then, put their alpha’s at 0%. Then I copy the frame and paste it 20-30 frames ahead. There’s a dotted line between the 2 keyframes by the way. Anywho, in the keyframe I pasted, I change the alphas of the image to 100%. I press play but something goes wrong between those two keyframes. Instead of the images fading to visibility, one image just moves across the screen. Anyone know what’s wrong?

Are your two mc’s on seperate layers??. If they aren’t, then that is probably your problem…
Also, you must use a motion tween to blend the alpha of the mc’s.
Cannot tween more than one object on one layer!!!
