Two quick questions, frame rates with a loaded movie, and duration of a sound clip

i am making a movie of a guy bobing his head to a NIN song (my first attempt at such a thing), I have two quick questions

  1. If i load the movie up in a different flash movie, do they both play at their respectable frame rates? or does the sub click take the speed of the one it is loaded into?

  2. If i load up a sound clip, and loop it over again. When I get the duration of it, does it start over each time, or does it continue to go on as it loops?
