I’ve recently found myself in needing of an underwater waving effect(or at least that’s how i think it’s called), and i’ve searched the net but couldn’t find what i needed.

Here’s an example^. You can see what I mean very clearly at 3:47, when those monsters are below you.
Also, I don’t mean the ripples that those small cells create, but the simple waving of water in the backround.
Tell me if I wasn’t clear enough.
