Ej peeps, a wile a go i posted a topic about JAMBA and a monthly payment without knowing of any registration, but first things first.
What Is JAMBA!..
For those that dont know of JAMBA! yet, JAMBA! is a big european (gemany links: http:\www.jamba.net or http:\www.Jamba.nl) company that profides you with ringtone, movies, tools, walls etc etc for you mobilephone, i dont know if they operate outside of europe but in my country (The Netherlands) there real on every TV channel with there annoying commercial every 20 min or so…
What happend…!
A few weeks ago i got my new phone a nokia 6681 smartphone this is my first phone with real sound (mp3) and video etc… and tons of kewl tools, i was sycked… so i started expirementing with diverent things jingles and ringtones etc, now we have a music channel in The Netherlands calles TMF (The Music Factory) its same as MTV… and they real show every 20 min a JAMBA! commerial with nice ringtones so i tryed one (Annoying From - Axel F),it was a kewl video tone for my phone. so your had to go to a TXT page (Teletext) and SMS a number on that page and you get the video ringtone upload trough an sms to your phone… and here is when it goes wrong…
My understanding of this methode was you pay for the ringtone and thats that… but boy was i wrong… now i get every week an SMS from JAMBA! telling me that my weekly credits have bin update, i checked om my phone bill… alltough this bill was prety high this month i cant realy see if there has bin money going to JAMBA! after i requested that ringtone…
Its realy annioing to get these SMS’s and i still have in the back off my head that i pay for these little weekly updates… so i want it to stop…

After weeks of seaching and talking to various people about this registration i finaly (stupid of me, i know) found on the JAMBA! site how we/i can unsubscribe…

Opzeggingen. Iedere opzegging met betrekking tot dit contract moet je sturen naar het volgende adres:

JAMBA! zal opzeggingen met betrekking tot dit contract doen door ze op de JAMBA! website te zetten of ze naar je postadres of e-mail adres dat jij aan JAMBA! hebt gegeven sturen of als een tekstbericht naar je mobiele telefoonnummer. Opzeggingen die verstuurd zijn per post zullen geacht worden te zijn ontvangen zeven dagen nadat deze zijn verzonden.

I hoop i did’nt type this for nothing and hoop i can help others with this information to unsubscrib, cos its real bogus they do this and i think (alltough there is no convermation on the net) they make your phonebill go up to huge amounds of money…
